Chueh Shoe

A nice mixture between my worlds of Gallery1988 and Clandestine is the artwork of Luke Chueh, who recently created a commissioned painting for the cover of Fall Out Boy's latest album, Folie a Deux. Maybe you've seen it? Well, if you have, I'm assuming it got you onto LukeChueh.com, which in turn got you to be a serious Luke Chueh fan.

Well, was stoked to see these custom Nikes painted by Yoakustoms, which has the "Possessed" image on one side of the shoe, a legendary Luke Chueh painting sold at my Gallery almost 5 years ago. Check out the bloody mess...

First seen here.

Amazing. Im a huge toy collector and also love his work. I was super stokes to see him do the cover for FAD. I had to defend the band to death on a ton of art forums where people were flipping out. Those dunks are amazing.

Those shoes are so beautiful...I want to eat them. Literally, ingest the shoe. I don't know why. I want them really bad (I promise I wouldn't actually eat them.)

These are pretty cool. I think I would wear these, not because I have things to go with them, but because it would be a funny thing to show people. Now, would they have those in large women's shoes, or women's at all? If not, that's too bad. I know a lot of friends who would wear those all the time. My sister included!
